Honey-Roasted Muesli & Berries (for two)
2-3 handfuls of (preferably, already roasted) muesli
Fresh or frozen mixed berries (I love blackberries and raspberries)
Natural or Greek yoghurt
Honey
Heat your oven to around 180-200c (mine is fan-forced) and line a baking sheet with some wax/baking paper. Sprinkle your muesli onto the papered sheet, not minding if it piles a little here an there. Drizzle honey all over, and place the muesli in the oven. Roast for around 10 minutes, or until it is deeply golden and your house smells fragrant. Remove the muesli from the oven and, using a spoon or spatula, scoop it and mix it all around. You may have some nice clumps of muesli that has bound together from the honey. Sprinkle it all onto a plate, dollop on a few scoops of the natural yoghurt and scatter the berries across. Finish by adding a little more honey, if you would like.

Ooh yum, what a gorgeous breakfast!
